Who I Work With

I work primarily with neurodivergent adults and young people who want support building structure, clarity, and momentum in their daily lives.

Many of my clients think and process the world differently and benefit from support with organization, life skills, social confidence, creative goals, and building practical systems for everyday life.

I also work with students, artists, and professionals who feel overwhelmed by competing demands and want help developing habits and routines that allow them to move forward with more consistency and independence.

Each client brings different strengths, challenges, and goals. Our work focuses on creating systems that support the way you think and work best.

How I can help

Executive functioning coaching is practical and collaborative.

Sessions usually focus on real situations in your life.

Planning the week, organizing responsibilities, breaking down projects, or working through something that has been hard to start.

Over time we build simple systems that make daily life feel more manageable and less overwhelming.

Our work together might include:

About me

Hello! I'm Justin Sullivan.

I’m an executive functioning coach based in Los Angeles, originally from New York.

I hold a master’s degree and have spent many years working with students and adults around organization, learning, and independent functioning.

I also have ADHD myself, which informs how I think about executive functioning and the kinds of systems that are actually sustainable.

Alongside this work, I’ve spent much of my professional life as a writer and working musician.

As a result, I also love working with artists and helping nurture my clients’ inner creativity.

Start a conversation

If it would help to have steady support around organization, follow-through, and the logistics of daily life, I’d be glad to connect.

I offer a free consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Parents looking for support for their adult child are also welcome to reach out.
